In ‘No foreigner sojourning in the Republic of Korea shall engage in any political activity with the exception of cases provided for by this Act or other Acts.’ as per Article 17(2) of the Immigration Control Act.

This may hopefully change depending on the outcome of a constitutional complaint by Open Net, together with Law Firm Innovation, seeking a declaration of unconstitutionality of Article 17(2).

"Centralised systems were designed with the best of intentions, but were turned against us anyway. And peer-to-peer systems will be exactly the same.

How do we make the next generation of protocols more difficult to weaponise?”

Here’s a clean recording of my talk “Willow - Protocols for an uncertain future”. This talk was a real labour of love, hope you enjoy it!!!

Yesterday I've been social for a couple of hours and coupled with the unexpected -6 Celsius icy trek I had to take due to unforced public transport mishap, today I'm exhausted and I can barely focus on anything requiring any mental work. :(

Still I got to meet a bunch of cool people and bored them with talk about my passion project, so all's good. :)

Thank you @liaizonwakest ⁂ for organizing the meetup! <3
