Moscow says Russia must control nuclear plant, but open to working with US

Russia is ‍ready ‍for international cooperation over the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, including with the United ⁠States.

However, the facility must be under Russian control, said Alexei Likhachev, head ‍of ⁠the state nuclear corporation Rosatom.

The six reactors are not in operation, and the plant ‌relies on external power to keep its nuclear material cool ‍and prevent a catastrophic accident.

근데 애니건 게임이건 남성층이 많던 여성층이 많던 그 쪽을 노리는게 맞긴 한데 그렇다고 해서 여자들이 과금을 아예 안 하냐? 하면 그것도 절대 아닌데다가 게임쪽에선 남성 유저가 압도적으로 많다고 하더라도 여성 유저가 게임 안 하고 과금도 안 한다는 플로우로 끌고가면 그건 좀 이 되는거죠

Ukraine and Russia appear to remain far apart on key points as talks resume

Ukraine has said the conflict should be frozen along the current front lines and rejects any unilateral pullback of its forces. Kyiv says ‌it wants control of the Zaporizhzhia power plant.

Russia occupies about 20 percent of Ukraine’s national territory, including Crimea and parts of the eastern Donbas region seized before the 2022 invasion.

이때 막 프라그마 써가면서 Either의 ToJSON 인스턴스를 원하는대로 구현하려고 애썼는데 알고 보니까 더 쉬운 다른 방법이 있었다. 다음과 같이 sumEncoding이라는 옵션을 이용하면 된다.

toJSON = genericToJSON defaultOptions
  { sumEncoding = UntaggedValue }

전에는 이렇게 좋아하는 언어의 소소한 팁을 라이브러리 문서에서 찾았을 때 SNS에 공유하는 게 삶의 낙이었는데 요즘 같은 LLM 에이전트 딸깍 시대에는 이런 게 다 무슨 소용인가 싶어서 우울하다.

One of NGC 772’s spiral arms is particularly prominent. This is likely due to gravitational interactions with its companion galaxy NGC 770, the small elliptical galaxy in the center near the top of the frame. The interactions left NGC 772's bottom arm elongated and asymmetrical.

A nearly face-on spiral galaxy is in the center of the frame. Appearing somewhat like an aerial view of a hurricane, the galaxy's spiral arms swirl around a bright yellow-white center. The curling arms are defined by dark brown dust lanes. While the arms in the upper portion of the galaxy are somewhat poorly defined, in the bottom of the galaxy, one overdeveloped spiral arm curves counter-clockwise from about 3 o'clock to about 8 o'clock. Since this arm flattens out near its end, in contrast to the rounder upper arms, the overall shape of the galaxy resembles a paisley. In the center of the frame, near the top, is its small companion galaxy, seen as a fuzzy oval. The black background of space is filled with tiny background galaxies and foreground stars.
