I am recording the text of my posting voice, and I am going to post it back into the feed again and again, until the resonant frequencies of the instance reinforce themselves, so that any semblance of my post, with perhaps the exception of rhythm, is destroyed. What you will read, then, are the natural resonant frequencies of the instance, articulated by text. I regard this activity not so much as a demonstration of a physical fact, but more as a way to smooth out any irregularities my posting might have.

Not every client for every #ActivityPub service needs to show all content
Take #FediReader, for example
Most of the content on #Mastodon isn't immediately visible in the UI
Posts without links don't show up at all, quote boosts don't show up at all, and any text content shared with the post is hidden in the post detail view
The fun thing about the #SocialWeb is that we can make highly opinionated clients like this for the people who want it

새로운 서비스로, Gone을 출시하였습니다.
연합우주 인스턴스 운영을 중단하게 되었을 때, 운영하던 도메인에 HTTP 410을 반환하는 서버를 구성해두어야만 하지만, 이는 인스턴스를 운영했던 분에게 번거롭고 부담스러운 작업이기 때문에 이러한 문제를 해결하고 싶었습니다.
이번에 출시한 Gone 서비스는 이러한 문제를 해결해줍니다.
운영하던 인스턴스 도메인에 CNAME으로 gone.layre.space을 추가해주시면(Cloudflare 이용자는 반드시 Proxy를 비활성화 하여야 합니다), 별도의 등록 절차나 구성 없이 HTTPS 인증서를 자동으로 발급받아 HTTP 410을 반환하도록 해주는 서비스입니다.
앞으로도 Layre.Space에 많은 관심 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
