@silverpill Figured out why threads from Mitra where Pleroma cannot fetch the parent get split into multiple threads even though to the origin, it's the same thread.

Mitra does not always include the "context" field in Objects.

We are pleased to announce the release of Hockeypuck 2.3.2.

Hockeypuck 2.3.2 is primarily a bugfix release to revert a cryptographic policy default in go 1.24 that rendered some historical keys unverifiable. It also fixes some papercuts in the build process and improves the efficiency of database cleanup.

* Permit small RSA keys (reverts go 1.24 policy to that of 1.23)
* Clean more than one database entry per hashquery
* Use apt-get instead of apt in build scripts
* Match go patch versions between Dockrfile and go.mod

There are no breaking changes between the 2.2 and 2.3 branches, and SKS sync is supported between 2.2 and 2.3 peers.

今日本の美術界で起きている所蔵品流出、簡単に説明すると。 日本円がいま下がりに下がってるので、海外のキュレーターや蒐集家が絵を買付けやすくなってて。 プラスして、日本では美術館や博物館がもう「人が寄らない施設」の代名詞になってるくらい人が来なくて、わりとどこも経営の危機にあるんですわ。 その結果、美術館の経営維持のために少しずつ所蔵作品を売りに出す状態がいまや常態化してて。 「本が売れない」というのとほぼ同じような歩みですわ。 「ひとはパンのみて生きるにあらず」とはいえ、「まずはパン！それから教養！音楽！美術！」なのですわな。

これ前も言ったけどさ、左派は色々押し返した成果もあるのに、負けた記憶ばかりが多くてその印象が強いから、今まで左派が食い止めたこと、成し遂げたことの勉強会をしたいと思う。と、私にも来てた共産党の愛知委員会からのお疲れメールに返信してみようと思う。日頃からしっかり勉強してる人にとっては、当たり前に知ってるだろうということもあるかもしれないけど、絶望だけじゃ状況を変える気力が湧かないから。

警方今日（12日）表示，網絡安全及科技罪案調查科去年7月16日在上水區拘捕一名38歲本地男子，涉嫌管有兒童色情物品。經調查後，警方指被捕男子曾下載相關影像，並儲存在其手提電話內。

警方其後就案件作進一步調查，並徵詢法律意見後，正式落案起訴該名男子一項「管有兒童色情物品」罪。案件將於明日（13日）在粉嶺裁判法院提堂。被告為一名休班警務人員，現已被停職處理。據了解，該名警員隸屬油麻地警區。

I'm planning a big Interrail trip this year.

What's the easiest / best / most fun way to meet up with friends for a drink in random cities?

I usually put out a message on social media saying "Anyone in $city fancy a pint tomorrow?"

Is there a way to see which of my friends on Signal / WhatsApp / LinkedIn are in a specific city? Or let them know I'm going to be within 10km of them?

I think I want engineered serendipity. Does that exist?
