Surgery Update: Daisy Is on the Road to Recovery 💛
We’re so relieved to share that Daisy’s surgery was successful. She was unable to deliver her kittens naturally, but the veterinary team safely removed four(4) kittens during the operation.
She’s now resting and beginning her recovery journey under close veterinary care. While she still needs monitoring and continued treatment, we’re grateful she made it through this critical moment.

If you give one person all of the money, they’ll most likely spent some of it and either save or invest the rest in shares or some other unproductive hoarding. So, even for purely economic reasons, giving to those in need is the way to go.

咁啱真係前幾日同香港朋友食飯講起日本IT落後呢個話題。
我用日本郵政銀行，當我要用App進行轉帳嗰時，我需要先使用銀行A App轉帳，確定金額後再打開銀行B App認証身分，認証完後佢再彈返我去銀行A App完成轉帳。
更新在留卡嘅話又要使用另一個更新身分嘅銀行C App進行更新。
如果要開新銀行帳戶嘅話，咁就要使用銀行D App進行開戶程序。
我由一開始唔多明點解唔可以用同一隻App做晒，到住咗咁多年接受呢個就係佢地嘅IT水平⋯⋯就係用到就算好。
有大把係唔知咩事用唔到。
例如我永遠都唔明點解，個系統叫我輸入數字，但半形數字同全形數字都唔接受，咁其實佢想點？
個輸入示例係羅馬數字，但我最後用漢字數字突破咗個系統🙂

An interesting bit from my #German learning.
It seems to have a high learning curve. It takes a lot of time to be able to make basic sentences.
Even if I want to ask whether we can meet tomorrow, I came up with "Wollen wir morgen treffen?" after around 90 hours of A1 class.
Except that there will be an "uns" here: "Wollen wir uns morgen treffen?" So, the question is literally something like: "can we meet us tomorrow?"
My teacher told me that the rule behind "uns" is covered in the A2 level.

Just a little warning about editing polls on Mastodon: if you edit any of the options that people can vote for, it resets all the votes back to zero.
So, if you're posting a poll, make sure the options are correct at the start and don't edit them later (unless you're okay with resetting the votes).
This reset is apparently to prevent people being fooled into voting for something they don't want.
So am I getting this right? The guy who vibecoded an insecure, expensive, worse version of IFTTT with delusions of grandeur ("OpenClaw") is now claiming that he'll solve the problem of "prompt injections" at OpenAI?
