이것도 훈련이 필요하더라구요 불안감 온다고 오라달콤한불안이여 하고 직수로 맞으시면 안 되고 어거지로라도 되든 안 되든 자기 세뇌하듯이라도 왼쪽처럼 계속 생각해야돼요 하다 보면 불안에게 점거당하는 시간이 점점 짧아지고 왼쪽으로 더 빨리 변환이 됩니다
물론 불안이 너무 고통스럽고 그동안 일상생활에 지장이 된다면 약을 드시면서 훈련하시면 좋습니다
