Am happy to donate towards upkeep - indeed would prefer to know there was a model for paying for hosting, moderation and maintenance, as would like to think the instance will still be up in a decade's time.

They have a faculty development training session on "use of generative AI in the university" where the speaker will be a shill from a company that partners with AI companies including Google and Microsoft. I could spit bullets right now.

학교 주변에서 혐오집회가 반복되고 있지만 이를 사전에 차단하는 제도가 제대로 작동하고 있지 않다는 분석이 나왔습니다. 학교는 집회 신고 사실을 미리 알기 어렵고, 경찰 역시 해당 시위가 학교 인근에서 열리는지 즉각 파악하기 어려운 구조라는 것입니다.

If this new chatbot is so efficient, why do you need to force your employees to use it? Why do you need to advertise the fact that you are using it? Are you that insecure?
If I truly had a powerful tool, I would not talk about it. I would only show it to my employees, asking them to not tell the competition about it. And I will let the employees discover by themselves how efficient it is by giving bonuses to the most efficient.

Die Betroffenen & die, die sich für deren Teilhabe einsetzen, werden trotz ihrer größtenteils freundlichen Bitten & Bemühungen um Inklusion nun gehäuft kritisiert, leider nicht immer sachlich.
Wie empfindet ihr die Thematisierung von Ableismus & die Erinnerungen an z. B. fehlende Alttexte?
