Dadurch, dass W11 inzwischen ganz offensichtlich nutzerfeindlich, Datenschutz-verletztend und unsicher ist, dampft sich die Diskussion sehr angenehm auf W10 IOT LTSC als Notnagel, oder endlich der Schritt Richtung Linux ein. Und ich werde letzteres ganz, ganz dringend anraten. Mal schauen ob wir das hinbekommen, auch wenn Linux für ein paar Mitarbeiter wenige Jahre vor Rente knackig wird.

Not gonna get into it right now (gotta go to bed) but labeling criticism of LLM based "AI" as "purity culture" and that one can just legitmize using any and all tech if one just somehow creates "free and open" versions of it is not a good take. Really not. Refusing to use LLMs on ethical grounds is also not a claim that problems are solved "by shopping carefully". That's a lot of straw men just to legitimize using an LLM to do spellcheck. Maybe just do it and don't try to throw people under the bus who aim for something better.

This whole argument says that anything you ever do is okay, as long as something "free and open" comes out of it. But the free and open torment nexus is a torment nexus and needs to be destroyed.
Also technology does not need to be "liberated" (and often cannot, artifacts do have politics). If anything needs liberating it's people. And I don't see how LLMs (even the open weights ones) are doing that.

뭐하는 계정인가요 : 평소 아무말을 많이 하고 일상 공유를 하지만 만년필소리 잉마새소리 그리고 티알피지와 명방(명일방주)를 합니다. 주 거주지가 해외지만 현재 기준 반년 정도 한국에 돌아와있어요.
티알피지는 주로 덥크(더블크로스)와 CoC를 합니다. 인세인도 하지만 빈도가 적어요.
다이어리와 플래너를 쓰고 기록광인입니다. 아날로그가 아니면 기억력이 떨어지는 사람이에요.
어떤 사람인가요 : 탐대를 더 많이 합니다. 수제노트가 상당히 많습니다
연친으로 들이면 어떤 점이 좋은가 : 수시로 말을 많이 합니다. 타 장르여도 일단 연친으로 들입니다. 굉장히 이상한 사람으로 보이겠지만 탐라 마리모의 역할을 잘하는 편이에요 (아마도요)
주의사항이 있을까요 : 못 보는 주제는 뮤트키워드로 설정해두시는 걸 추천합니다. 제가 CW를 달만한 주제는 어지간해서 달긴 하지만 (수위라던가 고어 같은 통상적인 것들) 개인적인 지뢰까지 케어하지는 못합니다!
