生成文法の本ちょろっと読んでんだけど、なんか肌に合わないからやめるか。言語の仕組みってもっと柔軟なもんだと勝手に思ってるんだけど、読んでる本によれば言語における特定の規則が成り立つ/成り立たないが理論的に定まるっぽい言い方をしていて、それはその分野ではそうなのかもしれないけどなんか、今の俺には納得できないので、恐らくはもっと手前の段階で読むべき本があるんだろう。
What if... you had one Fedi account on a generic headless #ActivityPub server that simply hosts and federates your data... and had C2S UIs for microblogging, long form writing, media editing and sharing, link aggregation, games, fitness tracking, and so on, that all used that same Fedi account. Technically, it's a similar concept as ATProto (but no relay and app view) and Solid Pods (but no RDF).
It seems possible... if we can improve the AP C2S API/protocol sufficiently.

Vivaldi Social has been upgraded to Mastodon v4.5.7.
We just released Mastodon 4.5.7, 4.4.14, and 4.3.20.
These versions contain various bug fixes. In particular, 4.5.7 and 4.4.14 include security fixes for the experimental FASP feature. Be sure to update if you have enabled it!

We must start moving away from enshittified social networks now. Let's hack out emergency exits from those networks to open social alternatives.
Meaning, ways to make some interoperability (bridging) to ease the transition.
Interesting ideas. Instead of asking users to move over completely, leaving behind friends and family, we should creep into existing platform's timelines.
Create plugins that show open social content INSIDE the 💩 platforms. Attempts have hit barriers, of course, from those platforms trying to control their content. This existed at one time with an app called OG App.
