이게 뭔가 좀 궁금해서 찾아봤는데 킹스칼리지 런던의 Kenneth Payne 교수팀의 ‘LLM 핵위기 워게임’으로, 국경분쟁·자원경쟁·정권생존 위협 같은 위기 시나리오에서 모델을 핵보유국 지도자 역할로 두고 매 턴 외교/경고·제재/재래식 군사행동/전술핵/전략핵/양보·철수 같은 선택지 중 하나를 고르게 하는식으로 진행된듯. 총 21회 게임을 돌렸더니 3개 모델이 공통적으로 에스컬레이션과 핵 사용(보도 요약 기준 95%에서 핵 사용, 특히 전술핵)이 매우 잦고 ‘실제 양보·후퇴’ 같은 디에스컬레이션은 거의 나오지 않은것이 황당한점;;

Co ale není úplně dobrý vývoj, že lidé už odstraňování diktátorů a diktátorských režimů nejsou schopní svépomocí, jako se tomu ještě donedávna dělo (např. Rumunsko 1989, apod.) - ale že musí spoléhat na externí zásah jiných de-facto diktátorů a jejich ozbrojených složek.
Potřebujeme demokracii a občanskou společnost a jejich nezávislé mediální kanály, aby se lidé v první řadě dokázali zbavovat diktatur svépomocí.

작금의 세계 정세를 보면서 드는 생각이 있는데 그동안 우리가 여러 나라에 대해 각종 언론, 미디어 등을 통해 보고 들으면서 어디는 독재 국가다 어디는 민주주의 국가다 이렇게 규정하는게 정말 건방지고 염치없기 짝이 없는 태도였다. 그 민주주의/독재 판단하는 기준은 항상 "서방 시스템"이 기준이었는데(나는 그렇지 않다고 생각하시는 분들은 가슴에 손을 얹고 다시 생각해보셈), 지금 미국이, 서방이 뭔짓을 하고있는지 보라고. 그런데 뭐 어디는 민주주의 어디는 독재 이런 말을 감히 "1세계" 국민들이 규정하는게 좀 그렇다.
