將軍澳翠嶺路聖方濟各大學今日（3月1日）舉行畢業典禮期間發生學生暈倒事件。下午約1時，一名24歲姓何男畢業生在校內2樓禮堂參與畢業禮時突然昏迷倒地，救護員接報到場時，事主仍然不省人事。

現場消息指，事主身上帶有酒氣，附近發現半樽啤酒。救護員即時為其施救，並剪開畢業袍進行急救，其後將事主送往將軍澳醫院治理，男生母親亦隨後趕抵醫院了解情況。經檢查後，事主證實並無大礙。警方將事件列作「有人暈倒及醉酒人士」處理。

聖方濟各大學發言人回覆查詢時表示，今日中午一名畢業生在校園內感到不適並暈倒，校方即時召喚救護車，並由校方人員陪同送院接受檢查及治療，同時聯絡其家人，據了解該名畢業生情況穩定，並無大礙。

Gambling on issues of human suffering, e.g. wars, democratic backsliding, disasters, etc should be legally prohibited and ethically shunned. Polymarket, Kalshi and similar whatever-goes betting platforms needs to be boycotted and sued out of existence, for humanity's sake.

@COSCUP 2026(臺北(타이베이), 8月(월) 8日(일)–9日(일))이 커뮤니티 트랙 提案(제안)을 받고 있어요. FOSDEM의 Social Web devroom 같은 느낌으로, 거기서 Social Web 트랙을 열 수 있지 않을까 하고 構想(구상) 중입니다.

아직 確定(확정)된 건 아무것도 없지만, , , 或(혹)은 소셜 웹 全般(전반)을 다루고 있고 發表(발표)나 共同(공동) 오거나이징에 關心(관심)이 있으신 분이 있다면 이야기 걸어주세요.

以前から、東アジアにもFediConのようなイベントがあればいいなと言い続けてきました。独自のカンファレンスはまだ難しそうですが、小さな一歩として考えていることがあります。

@COSCUP 2026（台北、8月8日〜9日）がコミュニティトラックの提案を受け付けています。FOSDEMのSocial Web devroomのような感じで、Social Webトラックを開けないかなと思っているところです。

まだ構想段階ですが、ActivityPubやフェディバース、ソーシャルウェブ全般に取り組んでいて、発表や共同オーガナイズに興味があるという方がいれば、ぜひ話しかけてください。

We are initiating this with a growing list of organisations, such as @commonsnetwork, @waagWaag Futurelab in Amsterdam, @platoniqPlatoniq Foundation and the Goteo.org crowdfunding platform in Spain. Recently also eCommons.space and the housing coop movement (PWA) in Amsterdam have joined. With them and Amsterdam University College @OpenTech_AUCOpenTech(AUC) (part of UvA and VU) we’re designing a transition community, building on experiences of so many movements going in this same direction, like the @rtmResist Tech Monopolies in Seattle, or the and or networked actions.

So iPhones with iOS 26 are now officially approved for NATO classified information. But what does this actually mean? Are iPhones the ultimate solution for secure and private communication as this message suggests?

Well, they must be, since iPhones are the only consumer devices officially approved withoud any additional apps for classified information....

But what about GrapheneOS? I assume that Pixels with GrapheneOS are not approved for CI because there is no official vendor behind Graphene, like Apple is with iPhones. But this also means we have to trust Apple... I'm not sure.....

I've been saying for a while that we need something like FediCon in East Asia. A dedicated conference is still a stretch, but I've been thinking about a smaller step:

@COSCUP 2026 (Taipei, Aug 8–9) is accepting proposals for community tracks. It might be worth trying to open a Social Web track there—something in the spirit of the Social Web devroom at FOSDEM.

Nothing is decided yet, but if you're working on , the , or anything in the social web space and might be interested in speaking (or co-organizing), I'd love to hear from you.
