그나마 ECMWF가 예상하는 18일 경 발생할 전국 규모의 비가 먼지를 많이 씻어내고 19일부터는 대기를 깨끗하게 만들어 줄 것을 기대해봅니다. 한편 한반도를 지나가는 제트가 평소보다 많이 남하해있는데요. 이는 앞서 말씀드렸던 겨울과 봄의 레이스가 아직 끝나지 않았다는 말과도 같습니다. 당분간 날씨는 계속 엎치락 뒤치락 하면서 건강을 괴롭게 할 것 같으니, 마스크와 보온에 조금 더 신경써 주시는 하루 되시길 당부드려요. 이번주 날씨는 수요일까지만 하고 목/금은 아들과의 제주 여행으로 쉬어갑니다. 그럼 좋은 하루 되세요!

이 베링 블로킹(알래스카 릿지)으로 인해 하류 지역인 동아시아의 기압골이 쉽게 정리되지 않고 유지되고 있습니다. 그래서 500hPa-850hPa에 있는 한랭핵이 저기압을 형성하며 대략적으로 맞물립니다. 저기압이 완전히 정렬된 연직형 구조는 이루지 못했지만, 이 트라프와 블로킹 기단이 결합하면서 제트기류가 한반도를 관통하는데요, 이로 인해 대기 상층에는 고비사막발 미세먼지가 잔뜩 위치하게 됩니다. 이 모든 것들이 결합해서 당분간 대기 상태를 악화시킬 것으로 예상됩니다. 당분간 계속 이런 날씨가 예상되는데요.

미세먼지도 심합니다. 오늘 같은 날 또 널스쿨 데이터 떼다가 커뮤니티에 올리며 이게 다 중국 탓이라 하는 선동글들이 올라갈 것 같네요. 물론 영향이 큰건 맞지만 850hPa 일기도를 보면 기압능의 강도가 강하지 않아서 지상 풍속이 약해지고, 이로 인해 먼지 확산이 느려지면서 국내에서 발생한 미세먼지도 남아있고, 먼지가 계속 고여서 생기는 복합적인 문제일 가능성이 더 큽니다. 아무튼 오늘 대기 질이 안좋으니 마스크는 꼭 챙겨주실 것을 당부드립니다. 한편 500hPa를 보면 여전히 캄차카-알래스카에 강한 고기압 능선이 관측되는데요.

상하이 인근 고기압 이동으로 인해 오늘 오전엔 날씨가 흐리겠습니다. 내일부터 맑아지다가 수요일인 18일에는 전국에 비가 한 차례 내릴 것으로 보입니다. 예상 강수량은 수도권, 강원/충청권 5mm 미만, 전남남해안, 경상권 일대 5~20mm, 제주도 10~40mm으로 예상됩니다. 당분간 기온은 평년 수준보다 살짝 높을 것으로 보입니다. 아침 최저기온 -3~7℃, 낮 최고기온 10~16℃로 일교차가 큽니다. 주요 도시별로는 서울 1~13℃, 대전 1~15℃, 대구 3~15℃, 광주 2~15℃, 부산 7~16℃, 제주 6~12℃입니다.

26/3/16 날씨 이것저것 어제 아들과 외출하는데, 왜 3월인데 봄이 아직 안 왔냐고 물어보더군요. 그래서 복잡한 날씨 설명을 할 자신은 없어서 대신 겨울이 데리고 온 찬 바람과 봄이 데리고 온 따뜻한 바람이 맹렬하게 경주를 하고 있다고 말해줬습니다. 그래서 아침엔 춥고 낮엔 따뜻해진다는 말도 덧붙였죠. 실제로 위성사진을 보면 상하이 인근에서 구름 덩어리가 몰려오는게 보입니다. 이 고기압이 낮 기온을 따스하게 만들지만 한편 복사냉각을 유발해 밤 기온을 쌀쌀하게 만드는데요. 이렇게 겨울과 봄의 레이스가 막바지에 달하고 있습니다.

Today I shut down another one of my Proxmox VE VMs, after migrating the last of it's jails (NSD, Unbound, AdGuard Home, and the 2nd HAProxy carp instance) to my HP t620 thin client.

This little machine has been running my new Zabbix Server for the last 6 months.

I've also set up automated ZFS replication on my main FreeBSD server to back up all the data on it every night, so I don't have to worry about the single SSD dying anymore.

Now only NetBox (Ubuntu LXC) and the Minecraft Server (Windows Server 2022) remains on Proxmox, the former will be migrated to a VNET jail, the latter to a bhybe VM.

Let's see how long that'll take me... 🫠

Thanks to @liaizonwakest likes your bugs ⁂ to raise the alarm bells and so many who spoke up in this rather sensitive matter - people do need the money for their communities, but we need to have more control over the process. OpenCollective and @Liberapay are important actors here for the ecosystem.

Of course much concern remains for the reliance on US law (OpenCollective) and all credit card payment providers are under US control. Recall what happened to the ICC judges? So we need to work towards more reliable systems under our control.
