Click 8.2.0 released, with a huge number of changes: https://github.com/pallets/click/releases/tag/8.2.0

Thanks to @AndreasBackx and https://bsky.app/profile/rowlando13.bsky.social for a ton of work and persistence. It was great to have two new maintainers focused on Click so I could focus on other parts of Pallets.

This is the first Pallets release that only supports 3-digit Python versions, >=3.10
