@hongminhee洪民憙 (Hong Minhee) 페디파이 자체가 아니라 페디파이의 의존성인 multicodec과 그 의존성인 variant 때문에 발생했습니다. 다만 페디파이 구현이 언제 달라질지도 모르고 같은 문제 있는 패키지가 있을까봐 external에는 @fedify/fedify 전체를 넣었습니다.

The Fresh example was experiencing a varint.encode is not a function error when accessing localhost:5173. This was caused by:
Vite's SSR Module Runner: Fresh 2.0 uses Vite for development, which runs middleware code through its SSR (Server-Side Rendering) module runner
CommonJS Incompatibility: Fedify depends on older CommonJS packages (multicodec and varint) that use require() statements
Transformation Issues: Vite's SSR module runner had trouble properly transforming these nested CommonJS require() calls, resulting in the varint module not being loaded correctly
