Wifi's been down since 5am. Tried resetting, unplugging, replugging, everything short of resetting the fiber-to-electricity box which I'm not supposed to mess with (but I checked all its cables and power cycled that too).
The ISP says everything looks fine at my address, so it's a me problem. I could barely communicate "the globe icon is green and not the rest" so asking for further troubleshooting steps was beyond me. The manual for precisely my device is not online, but a similar one with the same ports and icons is, and it does seem to be saying I have a connection. But my router disagrees.
And just in time for #FOSDEM tomorrow morning, uggghhhhhhhhh. I will see how long my mobile hotspot supports me streaming talks before AldiTalk throttles me.
