@kodingwarriorJaeyeol Lee I had a similar idea a few years ago but at that time, the correct tech wasn't there. I think an app like this would be very good for mass events, concerts or even private parties, allowing you to chat and share pictures with only the people at the event.
BTW some events should be auto-join when you come close (concerts? protests?) other should be invite only :)
