"아니 피해자가 엄연히 존재하는 사건인데 왜 피해자가 제대로 목소리를 못내고 입다물고 있어야 함?"이라는 거.

Announcement: Encrypted DMs

From next month onwards, Exquisite.social will feature encrypted DMs. This feature is long overdue and took our engineers months to complete. But - we have really outdone ourselves

When we started this work, we took a close look at the available and standardized algorithms and ciphers. It didn't meet our requirements - so we started work on our own implementation.

As a starting point, we've taken the fantastic ROT-13 cipher. Immediately we saw room for improvement: doubling the rotations, from 13 to 26 means double the security.

After thorough inhouse evaluation, our engineers came up with ROT-676, which was selected by the totally independent management counsel as the winning cipher for our encrypted DMs.

ROT-676 offers robust, post quantum security - as it is ROT-26 multiplied 26 times. Testing revealed that it outperforms ciphers like ChaCha20/Poly1305 and all post-quantum ciphers.

We are eager to make this available to you all, starting on the first of the upcoming month!
