Why we decided to go for the Big Rewrite

For small programs, where it would be a question of a few days or a few weeks to rewrite them, it will generally not be worth pondering this question for very long, and in most cases it will be better to just get started on either fixing the existing implementation or on rewriting it. For small programs it is possible for one person to keep all of their state, and their logic, and their invariants in their head, but for big programs this does not work.

技術的な特徴として、拡張Markdownによるテーブル、脚注、警告ボックス、ダイアグラム、数式などの多様な記法をサポートし、構文ハイライト、行ハイライト、差分表示などの強力なコードブロック機能も備えています。また、様々な言語での投稿が可能で、将来的には自動翻訳機能も予定しています。

Hackers' PubはAGPL-3.0ライセンスの下で開発されているオープンソースプロジェクトです。コードの貢献や機能提案も歓迎しています。

Graham, Blumenthal Lead 50 Senators In Introducing Hard-Hitting Russia Sanctions

WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut) led 50 U.S. Senators – evenly divided by party affiliation – to introduce primary and secondary sanctions against Russia and actors supporting Russia’s aggression in Ukraine. These sanctions would be imposed if Russia refuses to engage in good faith negotiations for a lasting peace with Ukraine or initiates another effort, including military invasion, that undermines the sovereignty of Ukraine after peace is negotiated. The legislation also imposes a 500 percent tariff on imported goods from countries that buy Russian oil, gas, uranium and other products. “We are pleased to announce that we have received overwhelming bipartisan support for our primary and secondary sanctions legislation against Russia. The sanctions against Russia require tariffs on countries who purchase Russian oil, gas, uranium and other products. They are hard hitting for a reason. “The dominating view in the United States Senate is that Russia is the aggressor, and that this horrific war and Putin’s aggression must end now and be deterred in the future. “We share President Trump’s frustration with Russia when it comes to obtaining a ceasefire, and support President Trump’s desire to achieve a lasting, just and honorable peace. “In 1994, as part of the Budapest Memorandum Ukraine gave up approximately 1,700 nuclear weapons with a promise from the U.S., Russia and United Kingdom that Ukraine’s sovereignty would be honored in the future. This failed to deter Russian aggression. In 2014 and 2015, the Minsk agreements were reached to end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but again, it did nothing to deter future aggression. 안드로이드 브라우저 중에 확장기능 지원을 생각하면 현실적으로 파폭밖에 답이 없음.

키위 브라우저등 몇개 더 있긴 한데 데스크탑용 확장을 억지로 쓰는거라 그리 좋지 못함.

川普的關稅政策是希望製造業回流美國，創造美國就業，實際上很可能是做不到。

勞力密集的產業，無論關稅加再高都不會回到美國。因為就算回到美國，這樣的製造業要進口各種原料都會太貴（超高關稅！），加上美國人工又貴，你生產得出來，產品也會貴到無法出口，甚至美國人自己都買不起。如果是改成自動化生產，成本確實可能降低，但那樣就沒辦法創造多少就業。實際上卡在原料問題，應該還是不划算。

美國要重振製造業，還是應該從生產技術著手。高素質勞動力，還是要從教育訓練著手。這些都是紮實的工作，不可能用關稅來取代。

關稅雖然短期增加美國政府收入，但是附帶成本非常高，美國人要支付更高的價格來買相同的進口商品，這會推升物價，消費降低，經濟衰退，失業擴大，美國政府稅收最後還是會減少。如果川普拿這些關稅收入來給富人降稅，那更是剝削窮人資助富人。總之關稅政策對窮人幾乎沒有任何好處。就業機會回不來，眼前的生活更困難。支持川普的窮人其實很可憐。

안드로이드 웹브라우저 비발디, 오페라 테스트 해봤는데 비발디는 광고 차단 내장에 필터 설정까지 가능해서 좋은데, 확장 미지원, 강제 다크모드 미지원이라 아쉽더군요. 엣지는 확장 설치, 다크모드 강제 지원해서 사용중

오페라는 설정 살펴봤는데 광고, 정보 사용 관련이 너무 많아서 포기

Safari 18.4 supports text-autospace:ideograph-alpha ideograph-numeric;

This is only a start, since other browsers don't support this CSS yet, and Safari still doesn't support the 'replace' value. However, this is the kind of property that you can apply to all text now, and as browsers improve it will make the text look better.
