在2020年Covid-19疫情期間，德國一名反疫苗人士在臉書發表了一個漫畫，畫中呈現奧茲維辛集中營的大門，大門上的標語改成「疫苗使你自由(Impfen macht frei.)」(原標語為「工作使你自由(Arbeit macht frei.)」，藉此諷刺政府當時的防疫政策。
此人後來被指控煽動仇恨及淡化納粹種族㵴絕罪行，被科隆地方法院判處4000歐元的罰金。
此人不服判決於是向聯邦法院(Bundesgerichtshof)提出上訴。今天聯邦法院駁回上訴。法官認為，這幅漫畫是想諷刺國家的防疫措施，認為受到防疫政策影響的人所遭遇的不公，與納粹受害者所受的迫害相同。但是這種反諷淡化了納粹屠殺數百萬人的罪行，而且可能會激化對立情緒，同時危害公眾對法律明確性(Rechtssicherheit)的信任。最終維持原判。

在商業軟體有些很方便的功能，我現在也會找其他的軟體有無替代方案。
像Photoshop裡的puppy warp是很方便的變形工具，我知道在Blender有一樣的功能，但我不可能為了這個需求去打開Blender修圖再匯出，於是問ChatGPT就很快可以找出像Krita有mash transform及其他更多變形功能，當然最好要自己查證一下避免AI幻覺，可以有效幫助自己有意識地降低商業軟體的依賴。

액티비티 퍼브에 Place 타입이 아마도 트위터나 페이스북에서 글을 쓸 때 현재 위치를 남기는 용도인 것 같은데 장소에도 Like를 하면 재밌을 것 같은데 생각해보니 페이스북에 이미 있는 것 같다.

맞습니다. 소수자가 당했다고 하면 앞뒤 안 재고 브레이크 없이 행동하는 사람들이 참 많죠.
그런 사람들은 실제로 당한 소수자를 챙기기보다는 소수자를 조롱하고 가해자를 두둔하는 등의 2차가해를 합니다.
님같은 다수자는 절대 알 수 없는 부분이겠지요.
그리고 차금법 진행하면 브레이크가 고장난 8톤트럭 같은 일이 벌어진다고 하셨는데, 이미 소수자들은 브레이크 고장난 25톤 트럭을 자주 만나고 있습니다.

아 근데 KISA 모의해킹 지원 등은 진짜로 중소기업 우선으로 들어가는게 맞긴 합니다(...) 퀄리티 자체도 간단한 수준이라 이번 사고는 KISA가 지원했어도 못 막았을겁니다.
게다가 SKT는 과거에 인포섹을 자회사로 합병하면서 보안을 죄다 떠넘겼습니다. 문제는 인포섹이 SK쉴더스로 통폐합되고, 그마저도 지분 대부분을 EQT 파트너스로 매각하면서 (SK스퀘어와 공동경영 한다지만 스퀘어 지분이 30%정도밖에 안됩니다) 무인매장, 순찰로봇 등으로 개발역량이 죄다 빠져나가 보안사관학교 소리까지 듣던 옛 명성이 날아간지 오래란거죠.
