　確かになあと思いつつ、mstsn.jp の多くのユーザーが投稿する卑猥なことばや卑猥な画像ばかりをAIに学習させても生成AIにとってどれだけ役に立つのかわからないし、そもそもOpenAIの管理下に入ればELSI（法的・倫理・社会的な問題）の観点からモデレーションをそれなりにしっかりやることになるだろうから、そうするといま登録しているユーザーやアクティブユーザーのどれだけが残ってそれはOpenAIに対してどれだけの価値があるのかということになるわよね。

　現在のユーザーは全部追い出すぐらいの覚悟で mstdn.jp の容れ物だけを取得するとして matdn.jp のユーザーに利用規約でAIに投稿データなどを学習させる同意を得たとしても、じゃあFediverseでつながっているmstdn.jpのユーザーではない第三者のデータをどうするのかという問題は、クリアに切り分けられるかどうかなかなか気になるところよね。たとえば、mstdn.jp のユーザーが本文に直接書き込む形で引用投稿した第三者の著作権のある文章の取り扱いをどうするかとかね。
