It's a long holiday weekend in S Korea. My friend invited me to a sale yesterday at a grocery store and we had a nice bbq.

I was excited to put some 전복 (abalone) on the grill. 🥰 Gotta love seafood and mushrooms.

A shopping cart filled with various food products such as meat, vegetable, and seafood.A bbq grill with shellfish, slices mushrooms & asparagus.

1.12b is here! Aside of adding and improving animations, we can proudly announce an improvement for workspaces! Essentials can now be fully containerised, which allows users to have different essentials based on their workspace's container (This can be enabled in settings).

We'd also like to address some privacy concerns, which you can read more about in the complete release notes zen-browser.app/release-notes/.

Many people reading this might find huge benefit. To be a realistic optimist makes you stronger in dark times 💪

> It’s easy to get caught in the trap of sarcasm, cynicism, and complaint. It’s addicting.

> Even when all of these things happen, there is nothing forcing you to complain. You could just choose optimism. It sounds so simple, and it is.

Optimism is a practice, a skill. It should be founded on realism and be genuine. There's always opportunity, paths forward.

manjaro、わからない....

pacman??...

i think tarsnap has played a big part in why i take the absolute minimum amount of backups

every operation is so profoundly miserable.

want to list backups you have? wait for half a hour, get an unsorted list of names.

want to clear out old ones? you gotta write a shell script that operates on that list of backups. deleting an old deduplicated snapshot takes *forever*.

want to do a restore for a test? wait for an eternity for it to build up a "cache" whatever that means
