If a police officer gears up like this, and ultimately has the exact same boss (the president) as a Soldier nearby -- is it reasonable to just say "The military" to refer to the group as a whole?

人，太過依賴眼睛耳朵的所見耳聞，常常誤以為這些就是「真實」，是全部，而錯過了內在的實相。
往內看，才會看見更多真實。外界只是世界的一部分，往往是冰山的一小部份。
有人曾經問過我，為什麼靜坐的時候要閉眼睛？或者為什麼內觀中心上課必須禁語？
先把外在的訊息暫時關閉（降到最低），你才有機會讓內在的實相浮現的。
剛剛靜坐非常浮躁，思緒雜亂。後來提醒自己專注內在，不要再去關注外在事務，才讓自己的心安靜了下來。
