1. A nonprofit in Germany
2. A website mastodon.social, run by (1)
3. A software package, created by (1), which is running on (2) and also a number of independent websites.
Mastodon (1) is updating the TOS on Mastodon (2). But *additionally*, Mastodon (3) comes with a "template" TOS, suggested for use by instance operators. Mastodon (1) is also updating the "suggested" TOS distributed with Mastodon (3).

I was GOBSMACKED to discover the new ToS has a "binding arbitration waiver," which takes away your right to sue, no matter how badly the service abuses you.
These are profoundly unethical, terrible clauses. They should never, ever appear in "adhesion contracts" (that is, contracts that you merely click through, rather than negotiating.)

토요일 오후부터는 비가 그치고 정체전선은 규슈 인근에 걸릴 것으로 예상되는데요. ECMWF는 저기압 중심이 남해에서 갑자기 북상하며 화요일에 한 차례 더 비가 내릴 것을 예상하고 있고, GFS는 소멸하며 후쿠오카 인근에 소량의 비를 내리다 그칠 것으로 전망하고 있습니다. 아직까지 72시간보다 긴 장기 전망은 불확실한 상황인데요. 그렇지만 취소하셨던 주말 외출 계획이 있다면 다시 잡으셔도 될 것 같습니다. 오늘이 더위의 1차 피크가 될 것 같습니다. 건강에 주의하시길 당부드리며, 오후에 다시 인사드리겠습니다. 좋은 하루 되세요!
오늘은 여전히 낮까지는 맑고 덥겠습니다. 단 제주도의 경우 오전에 뇌우를 동반한 비가 먼저 내리겠습니다. 전체적으로 내륙 중심으로 30℃ 이상 오르고, 체감온도도 31℃ 이상을 기록하며 아슬아슬하게 폭염경보가 발효되기 직전까지 갈 것으로 보이니 야외 활동이나 작업이 있으신 가족 여러분들께선 대비를 잘 하실 것을 당부드립니다. 아침 최저기온은 17~23℃, 낮 최고기온은 25~33℃로 주요 도시별로는 서울 22~32℃, 대전 20~32℃, 대구 21~33℃, 광주 21~30℃, 부산 21~27℃, 제주 22~28℃로 예상됩니다.
이 전선이 상륙하여 한번도 전체를 관통하는데까지 또 대략 24~36시간 가량이 소요될 것으로 예상되는데요. 관건은 500hPa 일기도에서 보이는 저기압의 이동입니다. 저기압 계면을 타고 정체전선이 형성될 것으로 예상되는데요. 저기압이 이동하면서 전선이 점차 남하할 것으로 보입니다. 2번 그림, 쇼월터 지수와 850hPa 상당온위표를 보면 요동반도 일대에 팔을 뻗은 모양이 보이는데, 북쪽부터 쓸어내리듯 강수대가 이동할 것으로 보입니다. 금요일 오전엔 북한 일대에서 시작, 야간에 충청, 토요일 오전에 남부지방이 중심강수구역이겠네요.
한편 어제는 전체적으로 선선한 밤 날씨였지만 서풍의 영향으로 인해 영동 지역에서 올해 들어 처음으로 열대야가 관측되었는데요. 오늘 새벽부터는 비가 내리며 열대야가 이어지지는 않을 것으로 보입니다. 한편 경기 동부 지역에는 최고기온 35℃를 기록했습니다. 폭염특보가 슬슬 발령될듯도 한데 아직까지 발령이 느리네요. 오늘 예상 일기도부터 함께 보시겠습니다. 3번과 4번은 각각 12시간, 24시간 예상 지상일기도입니다. 12시간 영역까진 강수대만 보이지만 차차 강수대가 북상하며 상공 저기압과 충돌, 정체전선이 형성되는 것이 보입니다.
위성사진에 붉게 표시한 구름대가 빠르게 북상중인데요. 500hPa 상공에 있는 한랭 저기압이 내려오면서 저 두 기단이 충돌, 정체전선이 내일 새벽부터 길게 형성될 것으로 예상되고 있습니다. GEFS 24시간 강수 예상을 보면 한반도 전역을 포함하여 중국까지 길게 늘어선 강수대가 보이는데요. 이후 서서히 상공 한기가 빠져나가면서 본격적인 더위가 시작될 것으로 예상됩니다. 3번 그림은 GFS가 예상하는 19일 3시(줄루 시간으로 18일 18시)부터 28일 21시까지의 누적 강수량인데요. 수도권, 전남, 영서에 많은 비가 예상됩니다.
25/6/19 날씨 이것저것 몽골 북부엔 한기대가, 중국에는 짙은 강수대가 펼쳐져 있습니다. 가뜩이나 1호 태풍 우딥이 몰고 온 수증기 덩어리가 중국에 있는 장마전선을 자극해 어마어마한 비를 뿌리고 있는데요. 중국 광둥성 일대에는 어제 반나절 동안에 300mm 넘는 폭우가 추가로 내렸고, 남중국해로 흘러드는 강줄기들이 범람하며 100년만의 대홍수를 기록, 영업 중단 명령까지 내려졌어요. 현재까지 18만 명 넘는 이재민이 나왔고, 900만㎡에 달하는 농경지가 침수, 잠정 집계된 손실 규모만 80억 원에 육박한다고 알려졌습니다.

小さなコミュニティの情報って結局、SNS頼みになって、そこにいなければ情報がわからない問題があるけど、ここからSNSに共有するのは良いね。オープンなプロトコルは大体対応してるみたいなので、何かあっても対応できそう

just give me a phone max 70mm wide PLEASE. i might compromise to 72mm but no further. the oneplus 13t is 71.7mm but only available in china and india. the galaxy s25 is 70.5mm but i hate the software skin. currently using a 71mm xperia 1 iii which i like due to headphone jack and microsd and 4k 120hz 21:9 screen, but the fingerprint sensor crapped out a while back (known issue with sony phones). idk what 2 do

I got sidetracked on an entirely different implementation approach which was a mixed blessing. a) I got my ass kicked. b) I discovered a whole new realm of corner cases I'd never considered in prior implementations.
