Hey, I hate asking for money but I'm kind of in a hard place right now and could use any help I can get.
Hi, I am Zoey. I am an Arab transgender woman living in the UK. I have worked on GTK applications like Upscaler, and my own Tabs.
For context, my first rent payment is due in 4 days and I'll only just about be able to cover it after selling some of my possessions and going into my overdraft.
I came out to my parents as transgender 3 weeks ago, and unfortunately I had to cut them off completely due to how they responded with threats and constant stalking and harassment. I no longer have them for finanical support (or any kind of support lol). I am also not employed yet but I am actively looking for employment as we speak.
On top of going to university and renting a house with 5 other students, I do FOSS development on the side and currently learning to play the bass guitar, and I would like to keep doing those. However, I may need to put them on hold to look for job so I can at least eat and pay rent.

Finally got around to a #circuitpython experiment I’d been thinking about for a while. OV5640 camera breakout wired up to a metro RP2350 with PSRAM. Video feed is send via HSTX DVI. In the code, the video is dithered gameboy camera style and the color is controlled with 3 pots (not yet wired up). I really like how the video feedback looks with the dithering
Just had a little visitor to our back yard! Haven't seen this one around before, happy it stayed for a quick pic. Our ragdolls were very interested in making friends 🥹

One time, I was playing tuba at an Algorave and my foot pedals crashed. I was forced to live code with one hand while playing tuba with the other. This was extremely suboptimal.
So I began to wonder how I might play tuba and live code at the same time. This is a problem the greatest minds of the century have turned their attention to, of course. My solution was to create a live coding language which is entered by playing the tuba itself.
Domifare takes it's commands from the vocabulary of solresol, an early ConLang.

We tossed the tent in the car and took an epic summer road trip. We started at Sunset Crater-Wupatki then Bryce Canyon then Great Basin NP then a stop in Eugene Oregon to see family. Next we hit the coast and camped down to San Francisco to visit more family (and get a much needed shower). Then on to King's Canyon and finally Joshua Tree. It was amazing! Hope you're all doing well! ❤️
