マイナンバーカードを発行して10年経ったので再交付になりました。けれど、マイナンバーカードをもらうためには身分証明書が必要になります。そこで問題です

マイナ保険証にしてマイナ運転免許証にした人は、マイナンバーカード再交付でカードを受け取るための本人確認証明書は、何を使ったらいいのでしょうか？

いや、全部マイナンバーカードにしたら、再交付で自分自身の証明ができなくなるって本末転倒すぎだろ。なんでもマイナンバーカードに一体化させようとしているヤツは、ホントにバカじゃねーの

At 410 PM AKDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 39 miles southeast of Seven Mile, or 50 miles north of Murphy Dome, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of eastern Yukon-Koyukuk.

how to boot alpine linux on your mnt reform 2 with the rcore module:

- Install alpine in a chroot
- enable the main and community repos (libgpiod is in community)
- packages I installed in my chroot: http://sciops.net/downloads/rcore-world
- Add my repo to /etc/apk/repositories: http://sciops.net/downloads/alpine/edge/testing/aarch64/
- Add my pubkey to /etc/apk/keys: http://sciops.net/downloads/khm-6850e797.rsa.pub
- apk add linux-rcore
- delete the /boot/extlinux directory
- put this file in /boot/boot.scr: http://sciops.net/downloads/rcore-boot.scr
- format an sdcard with two partitions: partition number one vfat, partition number two ext4
- copy /boot from the chroot to the sdcard's vfat partition
- copy everything else to the sdcard's ext4 partition
- insert the sd card and turn on the computer
- log in as root
- run rmmod dwmac_rk; gpioset -c 3 -t 100ms,100ms,0ms 23=1; modprobe dwmac_rk
- plug an ethernet cable in the computer if you don't have wifi
- install to nvme via setup-alpine
- check the resulting /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf
- reference: http://sciops.net/downloads/rcore-extlinux.conf
- boot up / rock out

TODO:
- publish the APKBUILD and config for the kernel package
- try out some different kernel versions (lts and stable?)
- make a 'reformations' package that does gpioset on boot and contains some useful sway config
- fix bugs

Flood Advisory, Haines Borough and Klukwan, 2025-06-19 15:58 AKDT.

Warm daytime temperatures and warmer air in the lower atmosphere is raising freezing levels above 8000 feet. This will increase the amount of snow melt at higher elevations flowing into the streams and rivers. The water levels will rise and fall on a diurnal pattern.

WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

WHERE...The Chilkat River near areas around mile post 14 and 24 of the Haines Highway, near Klukwan and the Chilkat River Bridge.

WHEN...Until 1000 PM AKDT Saturday.

IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 354 PM AKDT, river gauge reports indicate rises in water levels from upper elevation snowmelt across the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially near the Chilkat River.

- For Chilkat River at Klukwan: At 3:00pm the stage was 125.8 feet. Flood Stage is 126.0 feet. Forecast: A crest around 126.5 feet is expected around 4:00pm Saturday. Water levels will go above flood stage of 126.0 around Noon Friday.

Impacts: At 126.0 feet: Bankfull stage. Water will begin to flood backyards along the Chilkat River in the village of Klukwan.

At 126.5 feet: Expect flooding of yards and bank erosion near the Jilkaat Kwan Cultural Heritage Center Campus Traditional Knowledge camp in the village of Klukwan. Water will flood lower elevations in backyards along the Chilkat River near Klukwan and start to impact some smokehouse and a river access road.

- For Klehini R NR Klukwan: At 3:00pm the stage was 86.4 feet.

In general I think we should be very cautious about sweeping claims about human intelligence and impairment of cognition. From "cellphones make you stupid" to "LLMs make you stupid", from "coding makes you a genius" to "knowing math makes you a genius." Pushing for absolutisms about human intelligence and human cognition is a toxic pattern that is also so baked into our history and cultural patterns and it plays right into dehumanization for either extreme
