저번에 서울에 고지마 왔을때 방청객 질문으로 '이번작에서 다시 만들고 싶은 컷신이 있다면 하나만 꼽아달라'고 물었더니 고지마가 '전부 다시 만들고 싶다'라고 하니까 옆에있던 신카와가 학을 떼던데ㅋㅋ 갑자기 생각났는게 이런점이 독립한 게임크리에이터중에 고지마가 가장 잘 나가는 이유일지 싶음. 자기색은 최대한 실현하면서도 동시에 현실이랑 타협할 리미트를 제대로 재고 있다는 점.

バッター液を米粉で作った感想
- 気持ち緩めになる？ただパン粉をつけるにあたってはそこまで困らない、水を少し減らすとよいかも
- 揚げ上がりがカリッとしている
- 吸油量が少ないので食べた感じもかなり軽くておいしい
今後は米粉で揚げ物やろうかな……と思いました（衣を厚くするとガリガリになっちゃうかも？要検証）
