参考としてMastodonにある制限
Mastodonってフォローできる数に上限がありましてね、「７５００」と「フォロワーの１．１倍」の大きいほうがフォロー数上限になります。
７５００は小規模サーバーには厳しい数字だと思いますので、環境変数「MAX_FOLLOWS_THRESHOLD」を変更することで減らすことができます（.env.productionに追記で）
１．１のほうを変えたければMAX_FOLLOWS_RATIOになります
ただしこれ、あちらのロールとは違って新規登録直後だけでなく全てのアカウントに一斉に適用されますので注意が必要です
世の中の大抵の独自アーカイブ形式、中身zipな気がする（言い過ぎ）
