🚀 Live from the Dutch Day in Ede: takes the stage!

Today, you can get some more insights about the ProxLB project at the Dutch Proxmox Day 2025, hosted by our friends Tuxis (tuxis.nl)! Even I cannot make it, I'm really happy to know that my mate @formorer@rollenspiel.social (from @credativde@mastodon.socialcredativ GmbH) is stepping in for me to provide you more information and details about ProxLB and its functions!

Together, we can improve and create a fully open source based virtualization environment, fitting all needs - and Proxmox is a perfect base! And we will also see some more talks from Tuxis (tuxis.nl), Proxmox Server Solutions, ESA and Veeam Software.

The fact that Tahoe lets me make trivially my home directory look like this in Finder is buying back a lot of goodwill that random other UI glitches are losing. (I am still contemplating whether I want to use the new color support, which is a bit too bold for my taste thus far)

I said it before. Getting a confirmed security vulnerability can be truly soul crushing and leave you wondering WHY THE HECK did we do it that way? Or why didn't we address this before? Especially when it is so obvious that *I* did the mistake.

Then slowly realize and accept that for every found and fixed vulnerability, we make the product a tad bit better.

인터넷 상에서 어떠한 담론에 대한 논의가 여럿 오갈때 전체적으로 천천히 살펴보면, 해당 담론에 대한 찬반 여부와 별개로 토론을 하고싶은 사람이 있고 시비 털고 조롱하고 키배뜨고싶은사람이 있는데 후자가 너무 많이 보인다 심지어 블루스카이에도 물론 블루스카이는 절대적인 이용자 수가 적어서 블루스카이-트위터 담 너머를 향하기 때문에 직접적으로 서로 키배가 터지는 경우는 상대적으로 적긴 한데 좀 좀 그렇다 다들 뇌에 힘좀 주고 삽시다..(일단 나부터)

Y’all. I’m officially a pen pal to a 6th grader who is dreaming of a career in STEM. (I promised not to drop f-bombs.)

It’s a program that pairs students interested in STEM with adults who work in those industries.

My kid is interested in “computers, human behavior, the brain.” 🔥

We exchange four snail-mail letters over the course of the school year, based on four themes.
