So, with a massive 27% of the over 30,000 votes cast, this is officially the Woodland Trust Tree of the Year for 2025! Known as the Argyle Street Ash Tree, it's thought to be at least 170 years. This makes it older than many other major features of the West End of the city, including the Kelvin Hall, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, and even the current Glasgow University Campus. I’ve spent 15 years of my life working on Bundler. When I introduce myself, people say “oh, the Bundler guy?”, and I am forced to agree. I didn’t come up with the original idea for Bundler (that was Yehuda). I also didn’t work on the first six months worth of prototypes. That was all Carl and Yehuda together, back when “Carlhuda” was a super-prolific author of Ruby libraries, including most of the work to modularize Rails for version 3.

It's juuuuust a little bit more complex and neat than NetPositive, the first browser I worked on.
