I used to advocate keeping all your dependencies in-house on servers you update on your own schedule, on the argument that if your devs are pulling random shit from public repositories you're already in trouble, but I didn't know this "dependency cooldown" idea not only existed but... is already out there, and available for nearly free?
I'm sort of curious what the game-theory model of this looks like as uptake increases but it sure looks like a good idea.

這次日本對於中國的觀光客限制威脅老神在在，我想與令和米價騷動這樣的背景有關系。
雖說日本一直是觀光大國，但目前觀光客的人數以及農村高齡化、大環境的氣候變化造成的稻米生產量下滑讓日本的糧食供應達到了一個瓶頸。需求持續上升、產量微跌讓商業機制出現了預期心理屯貨、價格提高又讓流通遲緩。
在這種情況下中國自己限制了中國人去日本觀光，作為日本觀光人數最多的國家、又同樣有米食習慣的中國客人不去了，我想對於日本糧食供應市場是會鬆一口氣的狀態。
要靠觀光賺錢是一回事，但沒有那個相應的糧食生產量要招待遠道而來的客人們反而會成為日本自己的負擔。
這背景雖然不會是主要，但卻是影響民意傾向的一個重要因素。對日本人來說，觀光客真的太多了，先過好自己的生活才有招待客人的餘裕。
總而言之，感謝中國政府這麼玻璃心，讓日本政府能夠不費力的減少一個負擔 XD

Tous les signalements sont traités par des humain·es. Il n'y a pas d'algorithme qui prend une sanction de modération plus forte en fonction du nombre de signalements.
Les signalements réalisés par des gens qui n'ont pas assisté à l'échange sont souvent moins détaillés et ne nous aident pas.
On traite tous nos signalements le plus vite possible. On ne les traite pas plus vite s'ils sont signalés 10 fois. Ça ne nous fait pas décider différamment non plus.

Its like someone locked some people in a room and didn't tell them anything about how AI was being competed over and how computing hardware had changed in 20 years and said "and only you can fix this problem."
Like did they miss how all the companies are basically having to buy off entire towns to produce enough electricity because the amount of electricity it takes to compete in this arms race causes the water to become poison
