안녕하세요, 선거관리위원회 입니다. 2025년 11월 24일 임시총회 결의를 통한 선거관리규약 개정과 관련하여, 아래와 같은 사항을 공고 합니다. - 아 래 - 개정된 선거관리규약은 현재 진행중인 제8대 대표 선거에도 적용됩니다. 개정된 선거관리규약에 따라, 후보를 추천하여 등록하실 수 있습니다. 추천할 후보가 있으신 경우, election@ubuntu-kr.org 로 제출 해 주시기 바랍니다. 후보자 등록 마감 후 등록된 후보자가 없는 경우, 선거관리위원회에서는 필요한 경우, 개정된 선거관리규약에 따라 정관상 정회원간 투표를 통해 최대 2명까지 후보자를 선출하여 공고할 예정입니다.

The use of digital identity for web users presents many opportunities for abuse.

Earlier this month the TAG released a finding on "Preventing Abuse of Digital Credentials" which explores some of the risks involved with a focus on the presentation of government-issued digital credentials.

The TAG encourages people integrating digital credentials with the web to pay special attention to the societal impact of digital credentials. Read more at:

Preventing Abuse of Digital Credentials

The use of digital identity for web users presents many opportunities for abuse. This risk is heightened when legal names or identities are involved. This document explores some of these risks, with a focus on the presentation of government-issued digital credentials. Misuse of these systems risks doing irreparable harm to individual autonomy online.

You want simplicity? How about this simple solution: you 100% absolutely and fully prohibit any citizen's private data being fed to any whatsoever under any circumstances. Can't get much simpler, no?

Can we put it on referendum to see which percentage of citizens would prefer that form of simplicity over your idea of "let's simply abolish last remains of privacy rights EU citizens still have so greedy companies will be able to bribe us better"?
