여러 SW 개발 프로젝트들을 경험했지만, 지나고 나서 후회가 되는 것들은 간발의 차이로 프로젝트가 살아날 수 있는 기회를 놓쳤을 때다. 아주 조금, 아주 약간만 더 했었더라면 그 작은 간격을 메꾸고 기회가 있었을 수도 있는데, 그걸 해내지 못하고 성과로 이어지지 못했던 건들은 적잖은 아쉬움과 후회로 남아있다.
이런 경험이 쌓이다보니, 프로젝트 진행을 점점 독하게 하는 쪽으로 바뀌게 된다. 격려하고, 닦달하고, 체크하고.. 그러다보면 팀원들을 나무라는 일도 많아질 수 밖에 없다. 선을 넘지 않는 한에서 세월아 네월아 개발하는 것보다는 이 편이 서로에게 좋다고 생각하고 있다.
하지만 때로는 같은 행동에 내 감정이 움직일 때가 있다. 진심 화가 일어 난다거나 하는 경우다. 화를 누르고 말을 하려 하지만, 새어나갈 수 밖에 없다. 그리고 그런 대화가 발생하고 나면 나 자신도 진이 빠져 다른 일을 하기 어려운 상태가 된다.
