Just bought a 2026 https://supamoto.co continuous calendar, because after years of use they remain the best way I’ve ever seen to manage a year’s worth of work deadlines, upcoming events, personal time, holidays, and more. I’m a 12"×18" Sunday-start man myself, but there are other sizes and starts available. They’re *very* reasonably priced, made by a small business. I bet they make pretty good gifts, too.

The only solution is to treat personal information on all users as if they might be children, and not possess or have capability to access anything beyond what's absolutely needed.
