看了一下，原來陳玉珍提的那個助理費除罪化的提案，是修改立院職權行使法跟地方民意代表事務費補助條例，把所有公費助理制度廢除，把助理費改成立委跟民代的雜費，每月全額撥付，給立委跟民代全權支配，不用核銷，也不限定立委民代聘幾位助理。
這個目的當然是一舉讓所有因助理費而遭到司法追訴的立委民代都脫身，而且以後助理費愛怎麼用就怎麼用，不用核銷，不對任何機構負責，因此再也沒有違法的可能。助理的日子也會變得很慘，因為等於完全仰賴立委，被扣薪水、被拖欠也無法抵抗，因為都是立委全權支配，沒有法律約束。
國民黨就是這個德性，等他們拿到中央行政大權，真不敢想像台灣會被搞成什麼樣子。
