OK really? I've been trying to figure out what the eff I could be allergic to for over a year, and apparently perimenopause can mess with histamines in the body? Am I just allergic to the oncoming change?! Feels daft to be in DECEMBER, weaning myself off antihistamines and having sneeze-attacks!
