在一般觀念中，員工提早上班往往被視為勤力及負責任的表現，惟西班牙一名從事外送工作的女子卻因長期「早到」而遭公司解僱，並被法院確認公司並無違規。案件在當地引起勞工紀律與工時制度的討論。
當地媒體報道，該名女員工的合約列明工作時間為早上7時30分開始，但她長期於6時45分至7時期間報到並提前開始工作。管理層多次向她解釋，過早上班會干擾值班安排、打亂工作流程，甚至令團隊分工失衡，要求她依時上班。
即使公司於2023年向她發出正式警告，她仍未有改善。公司最終視此為紀律違規，決定解除其聘用。公司聲明指出，員工的「早到」不但無助提升工作效率，反而對職責分配造成負面影響。
不滿決定的女員工向法院提出申訴，惟法院最終支持僱主裁決，指她在多次勸戒後仍不遵守規章，公司解僱有充足理由。
西班牙對勞工紀律及工時管理相當嚴格，即使看似正面的「提早上班」，在法律上亦可能被視為破壞紀律的行為。

real tired about how The News keeps moving the year ranges that count as “millennial” to force the data to fit whatever narrative they’re currently telling about millennials. It was originally measured from 1981. I just saw a chart that measures from 1990. I was a millennial for 37 years until I saw this chart, apparently.

I feel like this article is really worth reading. It is not only about "them" (Twitter) but it is inevitably also about "us".
The music video clip culture of the 1980s and 1990s, which was somehow already predicted by the art scenes of 1960s, became somehow mainstream way of perceiving media reality. Except now we don't get 15 minutes of fame, like in popart, but rather 15 seconds of fame...
I always had hard time to focus for more then 15 minutes, so I was naturally attracted to social media as a platform, which does not require long term focus. But it is one thing to prefer certain media format... and another thing to form completely different worldview, based on this inability to focus.
I was early adopter of lot of things, discussion forums and social media addiction being definitely one of them. While we were thinking, that we are promoting our own point of view and values, we might have been actually influenced much more, even if we do not feel so.

黑木誠在IG上載影片，顯示他於滑雪場山頂舉起自拍杆準備記錄滑行時，一隻黑熊突然從雪道旁闖出，直向他追去，期間更一度作勢撲上。黑木誠加速滑行，黑熊最終因追不上而折返，躲回滑道旁的樹叢內，驚險一刻才告結束。
黑木誠其後表示，當地今年橡實失收，導致森林內熊隻頻繁出沒，他秋季時在松川亦曾遇上一隻黑熊。他推測此次黑熊可能因暴風雪及滑雪場開放而受驚，才誤闖滑道。他又指，黑熊離開前明顯神色慌張，相信牠或正在尋覓冬眠地，希望牠能在安全、安靜的地方過冬。
白馬47滑雪場事後亦發出公告，指場內已收到熊隻目擊通報，將加強巡邏及驅離措施，並提醒遊客切勿在戶外放置食物，以免吸引野生動物靠近。
