Zed 에디터 써보는 중인데 Git 연동이 좀 부실하다. 보통은 GitKraken이나 lazygit 등의 도구를 병행해서 쓰니까, 꼭 에디터에서 Git을 빵빵하게 지원해야하냐는 의문은 든다. 다만 Git의 특정 기능들은 에디터 연동이 불가피한데(diff 보기, conflict 해결하기 등), 이런거보면 에디터가 Git의 인터페이스가 되어야하는거 같기도하고 그렇다.

삼성카드 아직도 그러는구나.

X가 최근에 있던 트위터 상표권 문제를 의식했는지 조용히 약관을 업데이트 이 새로운 약관은 2026년 1월 15일부터 시행되며 다음과 같이 명시 하고 있음 "본 약관의 어떠한 내용도 귀하에게 X 이름 또는 Twitter 이름 또는 X 또는 Twitter 상표, 로고, 도메인 이름, 기타 고유한 브랜드 기능 및 기타 소유권을 사용할 수 있는 권리를 부여하지 않으며, 당사의 명시적인 서면 동의 없이 사용할 수 없습니다."

DjangoCon US 2025 · Chicago

Looking back at DjangoCon US, these photos bring back many great moments.

I was there as a speaker and as a member of the Django Software Foundation board. I gave my talk and spent some time on stage sharing updates about the work of the DSF, from governance to long-term sustainability.

In the end, conferences like this are about people, trust, and things built together over time.

박수현 민주당 수석대변인이 12월 16일 국회에서 열린 비공개 의원총회를 마치고 회의 결과를 브리핑하고 있다. &lt;사진=연합뉴스&gt; 더불어민주당이 내란 전담재판부를 2심부터 도입하기로 했다. 재판부 추천 권한은 사법부에 주는 방향으로 법안을 수정하기로 했다. 위헌 소지 논란을 최소화하려는 조치로 풀이된다. 민주당은 12월 16일 오후 비공개 의원총회를 열고 이 같은 내용을 골자로 한 내란 전담재판부 설치법 수정 방향에 의견을 모았다. 의총에서는 기존 법안에 대한 외부 로펌 자문 결과와 전문가·시민사회 의견 등이 함께 보고된 것으로 전해졌다. 박수현 민주당 수석대변인은 의총 뒤 기자들과 만나 “그동안 염려돼 왔던 부분들을 거의 없애는 방향으로 의총에서 결론 내렸다”면서 “위헌 소지를 없앴다”고 밝혔다. 법안 명칭도 변경된다. 기존 ‘12·3 윤석열 비상계엄 등에 대한 전담재판부 설치 및 제보자 보호 등에 관한 특별법’에서 ‘내란 및 외환에 관한 특별전담재판부에 관한 특별법’으로 잠정 결정했다. 특정 개인이나 사건을 대상으로 한 처분적 법률이라는 비판을 반영한 것이다. 박 수석대변인은 “처분적 법률이라는 점을 제거하기 위해 특정 사건 명칭을 빼고 일반화하는 것으로 방향이 정리됐다”고 말했다. &nbsp; 전담재판부 후보추천위원회 구성 방식도 수정된다. 법무부 장관, 헌법재판소 사무처장 등 외부 인사의 추천권은 제외하고, 사법부 내부 절차를 통해 구성하도록 했다. 대법관회의를 거쳐 대법원장이 임명하는 조항을 추가하는 방식이다. 박 수석대변인은 전담재판부 추천위원 구성에 대해 “외부 관여를 제외하고 내부에서 구성하는 방향으로 결론 내렸다”면서 “어느 곳에 명기할지는 모르겠지만, 최종적으로 구성을 대법관 회의를 거쳐 대법원장이 임명한다는 조항을 추가하기로 했다”고 말했다. &nbsp; 내란 전담재판부 도입 시점과 관련해선 “2심부터 적용하기로 했다”고 말했다. 앞서&nbsp;이재명&nbsp;대통령과 민주당 정청래 대표, 김병기 원내대표는 12월 9일 만찬 회동을 갖고 내란 전담재판부를 2심부터 적용하고 법무부 장관의 재판부 추천위원 추천권을 제외하는 방향으로 내란 전담재판부 설치법을 수정하는 방향에 공감대를 이룬 것으로 알려졌다. 다만 내란·외환 혐의 피고인 구속기간을 형사소송법상 구속기간(6개월)의 2배인 1년으로 하고 사면·복권을 제한하는 조항에 대해선 “오늘 언급이 적절하지 않고 최종 성안 때 보고 하겠다”고만 했다. &nbsp; 법안 처리 시점은 이달 22~24일이 될 전망이다. 박 수석대변인은 “2차 필리버스터 기간(22~24일)에 처리할 것은 상수로 틀림없다”고 밝혔다. &nbsp; 민주당은 이날 의총 결정 사항을 토대로 당론 추인 절차를 거쳐 해당 법안을 본회의에 상정할 예정이다. 박 수석대변인은 “오늘 의총은 최종 당론 추인 절차 마친 것이 아니다”라며 “이제 원내대표를 중심으로 정책위와 함께 최종안을 성안해서 다시 당론 발의 과정 거치게 될 것”이라고 설명했다. 이에 대해 김현정 민주당 원내대변인은 “당론 추인 절차는 21일 또는 22일 본회의 전에 의총 열어서 하기로 했다”고 전했다.
