The launch of the project in June 2025 coincided with a professional and personal change, which is why the project couldn't really get started with regular work. For this reason, I decided to make a fresh start at the beginning of the year.
The R1 Open Source Project is becoming the Dark Blue Raven (DBR) project, which will serve as the basis for future projects and under whose name content will be created.
This Mastodon account will continue with the old username, so no new account will be created.

Truly been a superb experience, the rear-end of this year. I rediscovered my love for tech and for people in a way I'd stopped imagining.

I realized that I dislike the OAuth Client ID Metadata document that's supposed to supersede the Dynamic OAuth Client Registration mechanism:

The first complain is that it seems to address only online clients - ie, to be able to determine an attempt at OAuth authorization has a valid client, its ID needs to be a document that's addressable on the web and returns valid metadata.
So offline clients are left to invent some static web metadata storage for themselves, which frankly is not feasible.
