「作品について語る時、その作家名には敬称はつけない」「政治家を政治家として語るとき、敬称をつけない」というやりかた、ようは公に活動してるひとをその側面から語るときには敬称つけないやり方を「失礼だ」って判断する人が昔よりかなり多くなって、今は省略しづらい。
この習慣、「個人的な繋がりがない人に敬称つけるのはなれなれしくて失礼」という距離感からきてたと思うんじゃがのう。
私もいまはSNSで現役の政治家について語る時とかは「氏」を原則つけてる（屈服した）。

This kind of microaggression is exhausting. As a non-white maintainer, you deal with these assumptions constantly—people who feel entitled to your labor while casually othering you based on your name.
