釜山に来たらやっぱり釜山のソウルフードを、ということで、今夜はチャガルチ市場の近くを歩いていて見つけたお店「ファンシベク テジクッパ」で釜山のソウルフードであるテジクッパをいただきました。地元民のお客さん率99％のこちらのお店のテジクッパは、豚骨の臭みが全くなく豚骨の旨味だけがしっかり感じられるスープに柔らかく煮込まれた豚肉がたっぷり入った、とても美味しいテジクッパでした。下調べせずにたまたま入ったお店が美味しいお店だと、なんだか得した気分になりますね。

Yesterday’s incident fits a long running pattern in Berlin.
Over the weeks and months, police have repeatedly been documented punching, kicking, grabbing, dropping and dragging Palestine protesters.
Rights groups say this behaviour is not accidental or isolated, but part of systemic targeting that resurfaces every time Palestine supporters organise a peaceful protest.
The protests are driven by Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, where mass killing, destruction and starvation continue under Israel’s blockade.
