@kevKev Quirk @mikeMike Stone I seem to remember one of you posting a while ago about some foot / leg related issues similar to my own. You mentioned wearing crocs, even inside (at the suggestion of your doctor??), helped and I commented saying that my experience was similar. Despite this I’ve still had pains for over a decade. And still do.

But I recently stumbled upon the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned: Axign Medical slip ons, via a friend who often travels to Australia and let me try on his.

명상을 좀 하다보면 선불교/불교/티벳/각종종교들에서 말하는 참나, 진아등등의 존재를 느낄 때가 있는데, 나야 살짝 본 정도지만, 그게 존재하는 것은 안다.

지금도 아주 차분히 자리 잡고 앉으면 오래지 않아 맛은 볼 수 있다.

그 자리가... 뭐랄까 경계가 없다. 있다. 있는데 없어.

언어도단이라는 말이 언어가 끊어진다는 말이 그게 말로는 표현이 안되거든... 본 사람은 그냥 안다. 있다는 것을...

이게... 시간도 없고 공간도 없고 사실 개개인을 나눌 수도 없어...

그냥 있다. 있는데 없고, 없는 것 같지만 있어. 이 존재가 있다는 걸 봤다고해서 무슨 고해가 끊어지고 감정이 없어지고 그런 거 전혀 아녀... 그냥... 아 이런 너 나의 구분이 없는 무엇인가가 우리 안에 다 있구나... 하는 걸 그냥 아는거지...

뭐 그렇다고. 힘내요~
