アピール停止に至るまでの3つのバックグラウンド
1. イラストで稼いでみたいルーキーの作家さんをターゲットとした「Skeb必勝法」のような情報商材が販売された。情報商材内のアピールのテンプレートでそのまま絨毯爆撃するクリエイターが登場し、アピールの品質低下が目立つようになった。
2. 1の対策のためにアピールを分析したところ、1とは別件でLLMで生成したアピール文(あなたのコレクションに追加しませんか？)が複数のクリエイターから大量に送信されていることが判明。想定以上にアピールの品質が低下していることを確認。
3. クライアントがSNS上でアピールを募集するが、クリエイターがそのポストに対してリプライ等で料金表や事前のやり取りを行う違反が散見されるようになった。
さらに募集しているクライアントを追跡したところ、募集後に特にリクエストを送信していない人も一定数いることを確認。
規約とポリシー違反が増加すれば、スタッフの稼働コストが増える。
アピールはそもそも利用者全体からすれば使っている人はかなり少数で、アピールから成約したリクエストの手数料収益とアピール機能の維持にかかるコストがあまり釣り合っていなかったと考えている。

1. イラストで稼いでみたいルーキーの作家さんをターゲットとした「Skeb必勝法」のような情報商材が販売された。情報商材内のアピールのテンプレートでそのまま絨毯爆撃するクリエイターが登場し、アピールの品質低下が目立つようになった。
2. 1の対策のためにアピールを分析したところ、1とは別件でLLMで生成したアピール文(あなたのコレクションに追加しませんか？)が複数のクリエイターから大量に送信されていることが判明。想定以上にアピールの品質が低下していることを確認。
3. クライアントがSNS上でアピールを募集するが、クリエイターがそのポストに対してリプライ等で料金表や事前のやり取りを行う違反が散見されるようになった。
さらに募集しているクライアントを追跡したところ、募集後に特にリクエストを送信していない人も一定数いることを確認。
規約とポリシー違反が増加すれば、スタッフの稼働コストが増える。
アピールはそもそも利用者全体からすれば使っている人はかなり少数で、アピールから成約したリクエストの手数料収益とアピール機能の維持にかかるコストがあまり釣り合っていなかったと考えている。
