PSA: you can ignore the entirety of the LLM-industrial-complex without falling for the “see they are useful for something after all” narrative:

- these systems are based on theft (some of that still makes its way through the courts)

- they are designed to centralise power in the hands of very few people who are also objectively the worst people

- the businesses are not sustainable, nobody disagrees the bubble will pop before long, so making your craft depend on a subscription seems silly

One thing that's tough for people who just join the Fediverse, like most of the folks on , is that there are self-appointed experts who reply to their public posts saying that "the Fediverse" doesn't like that kind of content.

This is untrue. They don't speak for all of us. Nobody does. You can't spell "Fediverse" without "diverse"; for good or ill, there are different viewpoints on almost any topic found here.

我受家人影響從小就喜歡搭火車，從高中開始拍火車，從大學開始關注鐵道相關議題。
感覺從小到大都圍繞著鐵路😂

以鐵路為契機，我也關注了文化保存議題、環境保護議題甚至社會議題、政治議題，可以說鐵路讓我開始參與公民社會。
