Zohran is expanding the number of public toilets in NYC and improving how the existing ones are cleaned and maintained.
If this is a big enough initiative it will have a huge impact on quality of life for new yorkers. I don't know if it is big enough. Tariffs on US goods would hurt European consumers. Dispensing with copyrights and trademarks from the US wouldn't. If the US retaliated, the balance of pain would still favor the Europeans.

I went to the office to check on things. Luckily, the smell is virtually non-existent, but I left the high windows open.
The doors have some slight swelling at the base (and they're antique doors, even if they've been restored) and the floor shows some white patches of light mold in a few spots.
All in all, I thought it would be worse.
