해야 할 작업 목록과 업무 일지를 txt 파일로 관리하고 있다. 그런데 작성하다 보니 날짜를 잘못 입력하거나, 태그를 빠뜨리는 실수가 종종 생겨서 아예 CLI 도구로 만들기로 했다.
