1/ I wonder how the courts will square the circle when someone shoots an ICE or Border Patrol agent stating they had the right to do so under the 2A against the backdrop of laws and consequences of shooting federal agents.

Since the 2A advocates will argue the entire point of having the right to bear arms is to protect oneself from government tyranny.

What happens when someone actually does that?

LLMs do not meaningfully "refactor" at anything other than a junior engineering level. They can basically do some window dressing and move code around between files. True refactoring means creating new abstractions, which LLMs can't do because they can't form world-models.

It's a "wearing two coats at my desk and still shivering" kind of winter because I'm stubborn about trying to rely on the heat pumps as much as possible. So mad that I asked for cold-climate systems and they gave me this nonsense.

When I get out from under this house repair nightmare and finances recover a bit I want to hire, like... someone with a FLIR drone to fly around the home, figure out all the places where it's leaking heat, and help insulate/seal them.
