《關於下班後的乾淨與自由》
我曾經是那種……會把一日工作情緒原封不動帶回家的人。😱
也就是說那時候的我，思緒宛如一台故障的收音機，在下班後仍舊反覆播放今日工作表現，推演明日災難現場。在人力最吃緊的時期，甚至會與同事日日傳訊抱怨工作內容，名義上是紓壓，實則繼續當內耗仔。
總之那時候像是物理性打了卡，心理上卻永遠沒下班。當然會告訴自己這種狀態必須調整，隨著工作經驗累積，內耗情形也減少許多，但有時心底仍帶著細碎牽掛。
可是今天很奇妙。
明明是狗屁倒灶又繁忙的一天，但當我下班回家，癱在沙發上的那一刻，一切忽然就這樣安靜地「消失」了。像是被關掉電源的機器，或是被一鍵清空的資源回收桶。
我無視工作群組的訊息數任其增長，只讓身心靈純粹地「為我自己」運作：要吃些什麼、做些什麼，好好對待自己與家人，就這樣過了一整晚。而這種「課題分離」的境界，高敏人社畜如我，竟然走了整整十年。🤡
但沒關係。總之以後我會確保自己的私人時間，乾淨又平靜得像是清晨的森林，真是太好了。🥹🌲🌲🌲

You've probably noticed a bit less activity on our feed over the past couple of weeks.
Given the state of things in the US, it's been more difficult to focus time on social media and software development.
I've been trying to focus on mental health, exercise and other efforts to avoid being overwhelmed by the existential dread of it all.
Hopefully we'll get to the other side of this, but I expect it to get worse before it gets better.
