Der Umgang in NRW mit #palantir ist gefährlich für Gesellschaft und Demokratie. Über 2000x in 6 Monaten eingesetzt, angeblich nachvollziehbar, aber "es wird halt keine Statistik geführt" lt. Reul, Grüne nehmen das zähneknirschend hin mit Verweis auf benötigte europäische Lösung in "naher Zukunft" und haben das katastrophale PolizeiG dazu noch mitgetragen. An die guten Reden zu Oppositionszeiten, warum es so ein System nicht braucht, sollten sie sich schleunigst erinnern!

Die elektronische Patientenakte in ihrer derzeitigen Form hat nach wie vor Sicherheits- und Datenschutzprobleme, sowie fehlende Basisfunktionalitäten und Performancemängel. Das größte Problem aber sind eingerichtete ePAs (weil kein Widerspruch), die aber von Versicherten nicht kontrolliert und gesteuert werden. Wenn die #ePA so erwünscht ist, dann gebt den Versicherten doch einen Bonus, wenn sie ihren Zugriff darauf einrichten. Oder hat da jemand Angst, dass dann weitere Widersprüche kommen?

最初の印象は悪くなかったんだけど。
英語 UI にしてるせいか、日本語のエピソードとかが勝手に英訳されてることによって本来の日本語タイトルが検索にヒットしなかったり、勝手に自動翻訳の&生成された英語音声になってたり、あとアルバムもほかのサブスクにはあるけど YouTube Music だけない、みたいなものがある
Counterintuitively, ultra-low Earth Orbits are not about less sustainable, but rather about more sustainable and eco-friendly spaceflight. If done, right: which would mean real air-breathing thrusters, which could (theoretically) allow satellites to stay in low orbit indefinitely, without needing more propellant.
The problem with New Orbit startup is that while they declare this intention, their actual Aura thruster is xenon powered, so the demonstration mission won't actually be sustainable (as I understand it).
The low orbit has numerous advantages - eg. reducing impact on astronomy, because low flying satellites would pass overhead very quickly and most of the time would not be illuminated by sun. There is also zero risk of Kessler syndrome, because most satellites would re-enter quickly. But prolonged lifetime of such satellites is essential, to reduce dangerously high number of launches and re-entries.

I feel like I've told this story before, but it's funny, so: back in the day at Google we wanted to check in the certificate chains for TPM vendors so we could verify that we were communicating with a real TPM, and we needed a license. We told legal that x509 certs weren't copyrightable and they said that there wasn't good precedent there so they couldn't sign off on it. This seemed like a problem.
