Seem to have accidentally bought this and it's arriving tomorrow. Not sure whether to dive in, add it to the list or throw it on the fire.
It seems like something I'd have read 44 years ago when I was studying Buddhism (amongst other things less high-minded - all my friends were thieves and addicts) instead of book lernin'. Might be bollocks, might remind of stuff I need to remember. It's either the first or last option, I guess.

I've actually been looking into all available options for the past few weeks for other reasons, so here's a thread to share what I've found.
