To be clear I think people should avoid the US for any reason they like. I just find it silly that white folks are pointing to clear immigration violations, saying no violation took place because they don't understand immigration rules, and use that as their main basis for not wanting to travel. The risk calculus for white tourists is not really different now vs. 2y ago, unless you were planning to work without authorization or some other nonsense.
